Terms of use and subscription

1. Service
My Estate Folio enables real estate and hospitality professionals to create and share property presentations. The customer remains responsible for published content, photography rights and property information.
2. Trial and payment
A payment card is required to sign up. The trial lasts seven days with no initial charge. The selected monthly subscription is then billed automatically, excluding tax and any applicable taxes. Subscription billing is managed through Stripe’s secure portal.
3. Plans
Essential includes one user and up to ten simultaneously published presentations. Drafts and archived presentations do not count towards this limit. Pro includes unlimited published presentations, up to five users, duplication, templates and analytics. Signature includes every Pro feature, up to ten users and twenty AI PDF imports per month.
4. Fair use on Pro
Published presentations have no numerical cap when used for normal professional activity. Mass automation, storage resale, disproportionately high volumes or activity that harms the service may lead us to contact the customer, apply a temporary limit or propose a suitable plan. Content will not be removed without notice.
5. AI PDF import
The assistant extracts and reformulates information from the supplied document, but it may omit or misinterpret details. It never publishes a presentation automatically. The customer must check copy, figures, usage rights and any unnecessary confidential information before publishing.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect according to the billing period shown by Stripe. Product access is then limited to billing, but drafts and content are retained until the workspace is deleted. The subscription can be reactivated.
7. Shared links
A private link is designed to be hard to guess, but a recipient can forward it. The customer chooses who receives it and can unpublish the presentation to disable access immediately.
8. Contact
