1. Data we process
My Estate Folio processes account, workspace and billing information, together with the property content you upload. On the Signature plan, this may include property PDF brochures that you explicitly choose to analyse. Payment details are entered and stored by Stripe and do not pass through our servers.
2. How we use your data
We use this data to provide the service, secure workspaces, manage subscriptions, send transactional messages and respond to support requests.
3. Analytics
On the Pro plan, presentation views are measured without advertising cookies. IP addresses are not retained; they are converted into a non-reversible daily fingerprint. Requests with a “Do Not Track” header and known bots are excluded.
4. Processors and data transfers
Payments are handled by Stripe. When you start an AI PDF import, the PDF and data required for extraction are sent to the artificial intelligence provider named in the service agreement. The hosting provider, email provider and AI provider will be named in the deployed contractual version. Each provider must be covered by the safeguards required under the GDPR.
5. Retention and security
Content is retained while the workspace exists, including after cancellation so the subscription can be reactivated. PDFs submitted for AI PDF import are held in private storage and deleted once the draft is created. PDFs that cannot be processed are deleted within 30 days. The application does not ask the AI provider to retain responses, subject to any temporary security obligations it may have. You can export your data or delete the workspace. Private links are designed to be hard to guess, files are stored outside the public web directory and sensitive actions are logged.
6. Your rights
You can access your data from your profile and request correction, portability or deletion. Contact privacy@myestatefolio.com to exercise these rights.
